January Favourites

so i have started this thing where i am doing monthly favourite...lets see how long that lasts

Vita liberataI have been loving fake tan this month,I love having tan skin,it just makes me feel so much better about myself and why not use one that is down the road from me,yep I have driven past Vita Liberata offices more times than you have had hot dinnersI love the smell of fake tan even, its a weird one to describe really but I love it.

Benefit Cabanna gift set I got this for christmas and I find myself reaching for it most day, whether its the eyeshadow(love love-the light brown and darker brown give a perfect day time look, pictures coming soon!) or the hoola bronzer,I'm still trying to figure out if I like the foundation faker,I know I don't like the smell of it,but I'm still working with it.

Hide the blemish ConcealerWe all get those morning where we wake up and find that our skin has decided not to like out face during the night,I bought this on a whim I remember my cousin using it long ago but I had never really tired it for myself,I find it best to work with if you warm it up a little and then apply it with a foundation brush or a concealer brush.
Its great for those days where you don't want a lot of make up but you want some coverage, just put it on your T zone and the places you need it the most and blend, easy!

Barry M Eyeliner Brush didn't even know barry m did brushes until i walked past the brush isle in superdrug, brightly coloured and not a bad price,i picked up this one because i had started losing my little tiny one that went with my cream eyeliner and i have started getting more into eye make up recently,i am so excited to go out and buy the concealer brush and the eye-shadow brush and at the price of 3 pounds who can go wrong?!

My Purse! Nicaso another christmas present, sure why not? ist only January i wouldn't normally pick this out in a shop,i would actually walk past it but i really do like it,like love it i love pulling it out on a shop and i can put my phone in the middle which is great if i dont want to take my bag with me,all in one!

Maybelline Colour Tattoo -review

so i may be a bit late on the band wagon with this but i have had this for ages..i bought it with my birthday money i think.

i usually wear this when i have eye liner and this as my base but lately i have just been wearing on its own and i have worn it as eye liner before and they all work just as good. this does last 24hr for sure,i really do like this product,i do want to get another colour like On &On Bronzer ,i think this would look really pretty with shimmery bronzer and a dewy foundation, almost like a bronzed goddess *cringe*.

overall i really do like this,it stays on for a long time and im not the sort of person that does a lot of eye shadows,i probably have about 5 in my whole make-up collection but the simple fact is that i don't really suit eye shadow but this one i like and i will be buying again.
the only one wee tiny thing i think that is wrong with it,is that the writing on the glass pot has worn off on mine and that annoys me a little.

Review - Collection 200 ULTIMATE FIX

SORRY YA'LL FOR THE PHOTO EFFECTS,I THINK THEY ARE CUTEBoots -£4.99

What Collection (200) said;

Combines concealer, foundation and powder in one, making it even easier to achieve naturally beautiful skin.Contains SPF15 to care and shield skin from harmful UV rays.Magically transforms from a lightweight solid to liquid foundation, and sets as a matte powder so your skin stays moisturised and looking shine-free for longer.

What I say
For me,this foundation(idk what to call it) is a god send. I adore it, Im the kinda girl who loves wearing full make up,the whole works, foundation, concealer and power and this product does everything in a couple of seconds which normally takes me about 10- 15 minutes ( i know that's long).
When I first tired this I wasn't at all pleased with it,but over the past couple of days, I have warmed to it and find its my go-to product.

Its a cream to powder finish and doesn't look cake-y on your skin (massive PLUS),it comes in three shade, ivory, honey and biscuit. I have ivory which in all fairness is to light for me which originally put me off it,but a quick swoosh(that's a word...right?) of bronzer fixes that!
It does stay on well enough but through out the day I like to top up so I stay looking fressshhh.

It comes with a handy little mirror and sponge which is super good for girls on the go, I don't actually use the sponge as I find when using sponge doesn't apply foundation they way I think it should, I apply this product with ELF Studio Powder Brush...(looked on the ELF website to get the link and they have put their prices up,but 25p but whateva, this is outrageous)  & yes a powder brush but seriously this is a good brush all round brush, its amazing!

Overall I do really like this product and for a price of £4.99 i will be buying again and again until Collection(200) stops making it,but next time i will be buying a darker shade!
